Restaurants owned by Susan and Alexandro Garcia
and are managed and operated by family members.
The Executive Chef, Alexandro, is a Mexican American, and brings
his family’s
favorite recipes with him. He has also created his own specialties
by
blending traditional Mexican flavors with the health conscious California
style of cooking. Alexandro started in the restaurant business 30
years ago
and he and Susan own a third restaurant in Downtown Pleasanton,
CA called Blue Agave Club. Fiesta
Del Mar opened its doors in 1991 and was quickly recognized
for its unique and delicious Camarones (shrimp) dishes.
Fiesta
Del Mar has been honored by the readers of The Mountain
View Voice with the "Best Seafood" Award for 8 consecutive
years.
Jorge Cervantes (Alexandro's cousin) has been a part of
the restaurant since its inception and has added his warmth and
personality as a signature of the restaurant. Jorge and Gilberto
Figueroa (Alexandro's nephew) provide the outstanding management,
festive atmosphere and..."make guests feel like family"

for Lunch & Dinner everyday. Lunch: 11:00am - 2:00pm Mon -
Friday Dinner: 5:00pm - 9:00pm Mon - Thursday, Friday
'til 9:30pm Saturday 11:30am - 9:30pm Sunday 11:30am - 9:00pm. The "fiesta" started at our Downtown Mountain
View location, Fiesta Del Mar Too,

Roberto Cervantes and Gabriel Cervantes (yes, they're
Jorge's brothers) manage and operate this other fun location.
In keeping with the Fiesta Del
Mar tradition, Roberto and Gabriel also make customers
feel like family. Here we offer the same great menu plus more
delicious choices...marinated rotisserie chicken, homemade tamales,
and grilled salmon on week-ends. Customers vie for a seat at our
bar so they can enjoy extended conversations with Roberto &
Gabriel and the rest of our Fiesta Del Mar Too "family".
Fiesta Del Mar Too is open everyday, all day, Monday to Thursday: 11:30am - 9:00pm Friday: 11:30am - 10:00pm Saturday: 12:00pm - 10:00pm Sunday: 12:00pm - 9:00pm Both locations carry 200 Tequilas
and are known for their unsurpassed margaritas. Everyone at Fiesta
